It is famous for being the resident area of Manhattan's high society, as well as being made up of elitist parties and clubs, high-end shopping, single-sex private schools and world-class dining. The apartments are gorgeous and stunningly furnished, with breathtaking views overlooking the entirety of New York city. If you can afford it, they are most definately worth the rent. Angels / Vampires / Humans tend to live in this area.
